Extensive distribution, capital raising and transactional experience in renewable and green energy, investment sales (LP/GP) and green infrastructure debt and equity raising.With over 15 years of experience in the financial sector and fund finance and arranging over €2.5 billion of sponsor and non-sponsor led transactions for institutional investors.

Our founder / CEO - Richard Beadsworth - is a member of the EU financing advisory panel with a core aim of ensuring financial capabilities of green energy companies and executing the transition from fossil fuel usage.

We have a detailed and analytical understanding of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), having successfully structured and negotiated numerous agreements that drive the adoption of renewable energy sources.
