Richard
Beadsworth

Richard Beadsworth is a seasoned investment and corporate finance professional specializing in renewable energy, infrastructure, and sustainable finance. With extensive experience across investment banking, structured finance, and capital raising, he has successfully led transactions in real assets, clean technology, and digital infrastructure across the UK, Europe, and beyond.

As Partner and Founder at FIC Aristae, Richard advises on capital structuring, financing strategies, and investor engagement for clients in the real assets, tech renewable energy and green infrastructure sectors. He has raised significant capital in primary and secondary markets, executed cross-border transactions, and supported investment mandates with a focus on delivering strong returns.

Richard also serves as an expert advisor on the EU Green Energy Infrastructure Panel, providing strategic guidance on financing, policy, and market development to accelerate the transition to a low-carbon economy. His expertise spans project finance, M&A, debt structuring, and investment analysis, backed by a strong network of institutional investors, private equity firms, and financial institutions.

Dolan

Patrick Dolan is a seasoned corporate finance and business development executive with over 25 years of experience across financial markets and financial technology. He has held senior leadership roles at institutions such as State Street Bank, Standard & Poor’s, Merchant Capital, and Global Equity Partners, as well as private equity-backed firms including Warburg Pincus, Close Brothers, 3i, and Invus Private Equity.

Throughout his career, Patrick has been instrumental in scaling businesses, securing investment capital, and leading successful exits via trade sales and IPOs on major global exchanges. His extensive investor network spans private equity, hedge funds, banks, family offices, and UHNW individuals.

Currently, Patrick serves as a key advisor to global corporations and investment funds, providing strategic insights on capital raising, M&A, and corporate growth. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Loughborough University.
